Arrive at class ten minutes prior to start time, so you can settle and relax.
Try not to eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours before a class
Please wear comfortable clothes, e.g. long pants and tee-shirt, socks may be worn as shoes will be removed for class
Please advise teacher of any new injuries or illnesses, so that they may be aware and adjust the class accordingly
Please advise teacher if you are pregnant
Mobile phones MUST be switched to silent with NO VIBRATION or preferably switched off.
You will be provided with a mat, pillow and blanket but may bring if you wish:
a blanket for winter or a light sheet for summer
your own mat
water bottle - filled of course
any administration requirement->
and most importantly...
The willingness to relax!
Due to safety requirements you are asked to please refrain from bringing large items/bags into class.
